• During my time studying life sciences at university, I was inspired by a desire to contribute to people's health through pharmaceuticas. I believed that joining Bushu Pharma, a trusted CDMO with a proven track record, would not only allow me to realize this dream but also offer opportunities for personal growth.

  Since joining the company, I have been involved in various tasks including Quality Control (QC) Analysis, handling new contract projects with clients, and preparing GMP documents.

  Every day is truly fulfilling.

  If I were to describe Bushu Pharma in one phrase, it would be "a company where you can enjoy your own growth." The moments when my analytical testing education succeeds and we obtain certification or when I complete the technical transfer report of the formulation, those are the times the work feels rewarding.

  At Bushu Pharma, there are many kind superiors who are always ready to help whenever you encounter challenges. They provide opportunities for learning and growth. When you deepen your understanding of something to the point where you can explain it to others, that’s when you feel a sense of progress.

  

• When I was looking for employment, I wanted to work in the pharmaceutical industry so I could to contribute to society in a positive way. I decided to join Bushu Pharma after learning about the CDMO business model, because I thought working with a company which handles various pharmaceutical products will help me grow as a professional.

  Currently, I am in charge of managing the schedule from order to shipment of products, as well as creating and managing the schedule for the formulation process. Recently, I have also taken on the challenge of procuring raw materials, and I am working on inventory management to avoid excess stock.

  One of the characteristics of Bushu Pharma is giving opportunities to try different kinds of work to anyone who has the right motivation and ambition, regardless of their age or experience.

  Moreover, Bushu Pharma has introduced a flextime system and a remote work program (which can be used up to two days a week), which allow me to balance my work and private life. The company also actively promotes parental leave for male employees, and they are creating a more comfortable working environment.

  

• When I was a student, I did research on organic chemistry and wanted work in an industry where I can help people's lives and health, so I was looking for work at a pharmaceutical company. I learned about Bushu Pharma, which handles various products from domestic and overseas as a contract manufacturer of pharmaceuticals. I decided to join the company because I thought I could grow in this environment.

  After joining the company, I realized I needed more knowledge and experience than I had imagined. I tried to learn more about the business by asking my superiors and members of other departments whenever there was anything I didn't understand, such as the rules and processes of pharmaceutical manufacturing, packaging design, and document creation.

  Looking back now, I feel that I was able to grow thanks to the people around me. I am currently in the packaging technology department, managing our internal ERP system introduction project as a packaging technology manager.

  I think that Bushu Pharma is a great place where you can take on new challenges regardless of your years in the field. It is also a company that gives opportunities to those who are proactive.

  

• I am in charge of managing the packaging line that automatically wraps individual tablets and capsule drugs. Bushu Pharma had a good reputation and was a popular employment destination for students at my school. Among manufacturing jobs, I saw a positive future in pharmaceutical manufacturing and decided to join Bushu Pharma.

  Initially, I was anxious due to my lack of specialized knowledge but I was relieved to know that there were many internal training and learning opportunities. Training is not only provided upon joining but also at every career step. In October 2023, I participated in an overseas event as p art of the training.

  As our work inherently involves the lives of people, there are specific rules we must follow. Initially, they were difficult to understand but as time went by, I started to understand the importance of them through the company's comprehensive manuals.

  Additionally, the company is understanding of leaves related to childbirth and childcare; thus, in terms of work-life balance, it feels easy to work here.
