Take Tohoku or Hokkaido Shinkansen from Tokyo Station to Koriyama Station. Take Fukushima Kotsu Bus from Koriyama Station to Wakamatsu Station. Take a taxie to Aizu Plant in Mondenmachi Industrial Park, about 30 minutes.
