At approximately 3:00 p.m. on March 20, 2024, an industrial accident occurred at the Bushu Pharma Aizu factory during the processing of waste liquid containing concentrated sulfuric acid after a chemical experiment. Two employees suffered minor chemical burns to their hands and faces.

We would like to reassure the public that this incident did not have any impact on local residents or the surrounding environment.

A crisis management committee was established on the same day, and we are working with the police, fire department, and other government agencies to investigate the cause of the accident and implement preventive measures.
