Bushu Pharma is working hard to create new employment opportunities to meet the needs of diverse work styles and to promote CSR through farming vegetables.

In June 2023, we opened a section of the “Saitama Iruma Farm” as an exclusive farmland and started farming vegetable.

It took us about six months to prepare the land from an undeveloped state to a state where crops can be planted, with two farm managers and six farm staff. In January 2024, we held the Sowing Festival to sow the first seeds and started production of vegetables. We plan on producing various types of vegetables which will be available for Bushu Pharma employee and their families to enjoy. We look forward to cooperating with various institutions in the future and finding good uses to our harvests.
